When you’re just starting out, it’s easy to feel like you’re on the verge of becoming a professional golf player.
But a high-performance fitness group called the Performance Food Group has found that you can make it work.
MGM Grand Hotel and Casino has added a fitness group to its sports suite, where athletes can work out, relax and play.
“The group is about providing high-impact activities that are fun, exciting, and are designed to help you become a better athlete,” said a spokesperson for the hotel.
MMA Fighter’s Training Center and Casino have added a high performance gym to their gymnasiums, with the goal of providing high intensity cardio, strength, and agility training for fighters.
If you’re a fitness fanatic, you can also try the “performance nutrition” group.
A Fitness Performance Zone for Athletes at The Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California, added a group of “high performance” people to its gym, complete with nutritionist and personal trainer, on January 1.
The group also offers nutrition education to its members, and offers a fitness coaching program.
While the gym does have a fitness room, the gym has a closed door policy.
High performance fitness is now a major part of the entertainment industry, with films like “The Matrix” and “Star Wars” often being filmed with the athletes in the gym.
At the moment, high performance training is just an option in a growing list of health-related activities, including nutrition, exercise and fitness.
